I love my boyfriend, but I don't love his man boobs. Help?
I've been dating him for almost 3 years and I love him to death, but I don't love the belly and the boobs. His dad has the same shape and if he ends up like that, I don't think I could be attracted him when he's older. How can I bring up this issue without sounding shallow? He usually wears two shirts all the time, either t-shirt under a polo (which I'm used to seeing) or a white Under Armour sleeveless compression shirt under a regular t-shirt (new to me - I just realized this last weekend. It's like a body bra!). Obviously his weight/boobs bother him enough to hide them with layers of clothes, so I want to tread carefully. What should I suggest? What kind of diet and exercise would help him?
I've been accepting him as he is for the past 3 years. It's healthier for him and our relationship if he loses the extra fat.
