It's a Plaque from 1994 I Think Here Is What It reads

WHOA!!!!! VinD was right I overlooked the season part and read the next sentence over (333 dunks in one season) not in one game WOW I feel stupid
It's definitely worth something if it's limited edition, and only 1000 were made. Those are always worth something, I had a plaque like Penny Hardaway of that and the limited edition ones costs a whole lot more.
Really, for things like this there isn't an exact price, but they are worth a lot after the guy is retired. Also, you might want to try and get this thing autographed because then value can increase.
So, I would say a limited edition Shaquille O'Neal Plaque like that would be at least 80 dollars at the lowest. Autographed I would say above 150 dollars at the least.
Things like that cost a whole lot, but you have to wait a while to ever sell it. The longer you keep the item, the more valuable it's going to be worth.
