Well actually, during the second game in Seattle Shaun Alexander had already played 3 games. So thats irrelivant. BTW, Frank Gore had 1,675 yards compared to Alexander's 1,512 2 seasons ago
Gore is a phenomenal back, especially when you consider what he was up against last year, and how well he played regardless.
Gore had to carry the SF offense last year, and he ran like crazy against multiple defenders all year long. Reggie Bush couldn't get past the freakin line of scrimage, but Gore? He was all over the place. The man is crazy good.
And wait until you see what he can do this year. With SF having multiple threats in DJack, Vernon Davis, Lelie, and a finally comfortable Alex Smith, plus with Allen and Staley clearing holes for him... There's going to be more Gore in SF than in a freakin Tarantino movie.
He's a quality guy, too. You gotta love Gore.
