Do/should, the US, China and Russia and all countries join their national space programs?
My basic understanding is that the US has the biggest and most successful space program. Russia has had more failures than the US, but they have the brains and the technology. I'm not sure about China though. Do these countries share with each other any technology and information etc?
I'd like to see them working on something together.
Russia and the US have been working together on the International Space Station (ISS) for several years.
