How do I know which size racing bike frame to get.?
Actually i've already got a frame but i just want to check its the right size for me. Also, how do i set the seat height so it is most efficient/comfortable for me (i'e. how bent should my legs be). Thanks. The bike is the old 501/steel frame sort, mens, with a straight across cross barr.
Measure you actual inseam and use 65% of that for the frame. There is good chance that you bought the wrong size bike, but you may have gotten lucky.
