The Canadian Hockey League has 3 subleagues and 60 teams. How are the playoffs/championship determined?

I got this game Slapshot for the WII and you go from Pee Wee to the pros so I create myself and last night I got drafted by the Quebec Remparts.
Basically same as NHL - qualifiers go through best of 7 rounds of playoffs to determine champions of their league, then all 3 champs play in round robin for Memorial Cup, along with the host city team. If host city happens to win their league, runner up in that league plays for Memorial Cup.
