How can I dye half of a pair of red jeans black?
For fancy dress purposes I need to dye half (one leg) of a pair of red jeans black and wondered what would be the best method of this? Dunking the pair into a bucket or using a machine seems like it'll either turn the pair entirely black or not be neat enough to get the dye down the middle and stop, giving half and half.
Any ideas on the best way to achieve a 50/50 look?
Bucket would be best, just dip half the jeans in and use a brush to go up to lines, fill the gaps in with fabric paint,
or if you clever with a sewing machine, unpick the leg dye it then stitch it back together,
