Because I'm a Laker fan, but I'm not the biggest Shaq Oneal fan, specialy since he said all those "things" against the entire team and our best player aka Kobe.

Well, Kobe said bad things about the Lakers, and called Buss an "idiot", and said it to some random fans videotaping him, and he seems to have been forgiven. I'm sure that Buss knows that Shaq says a lot of stupid stuff, and doesn't mean much of it, if any. I'm sure he's also aware that Shaq is a very popular public figure worldwide, and having him retire as a Laker would be a tremendous publicity boost for the franchise. I think there's no question that the Lakers retire Shaqs jerset and that he goes into the Hall of Fame as a Laker.
