How should an NFL jersey be worn?
I bought an NFL Premier (EQT) jersey size XL that measures 52 in the chest. I'm 6'2" and 280 lbs and normally wear size XXL t-shirts. The XL jersey seems consistent with the size and fit of my T-shirts, since jerseys run large, but should I have gotten an XXL that measures 54 in the chest so the jersey would fit looser?
As a general rule, the jersey is a bit loose, but, not so loose it looks like your big brother's. Past that it is pretty much a personal decision. I would avoid the skin-tight fit. I like both my jerseys and T-shirts to be just a bit loose. I think of compression shirts as the only ones that look good skin tight. But, you are spending the money, so, it's your choice.
