when he retires, he should be considered a legend in dallas. the mavs would've never beaten the heat without him.
They also never would have won without Tyson Chandler but you wouldn't retire his jersey.
Basically retiring someones jersey should only be done if they've been a superstar for the organization, Terry has only been a great role player at best.
