barcelo solymay in varadero cuba?

here what we think of the place
warning
there was 6 of us that went in jun 08 for 2 week and we all said that we will never go back again
here way
1. there was cockroach in the bed and bath room
and when you said anything to the staff thay just said no speek english
2.ppl banging on bedroom doors at 3-4 am again the staff did not want to know
3.there was bed Flea
4. chicken and pork was not cook
5. there is like ivey in the hotel this is full of mosquito.s
there is a lot of salt in the food.
and all the ppl that we talk to all said the same thing it want pulling down

I went in April '08 but I stayed across the street at Palma Real.. however I walked over to look at Barcelo and I thought it was beautiful.. the vines in the lobby were beautiful too!
We stayed in the newer section of Palma Real and the rooms were spotless!
Had an amazing time in Veradero, wish I was there again!
