how many bdu items(T-shirt, outershirt, pants) and underwear/socks are issued at boot camp?
curious.
also bonus question, what happens when you really need to go #2 at bootcamp do you have to hold it till or are you allowed to go to bathroom, in a story i read a recruit could not hold it anymore and just ran to the bathroom out of formation and the drill sargement bashed his head into a window? is this story false?

In Army Basic, we got 2 sets of Summer and 2 sets of Winter BDU's, 2 pair of boots, 7 underwear, 7 pair of socks, and 7 T-shirts, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 green itchy blankets, 2 sheets, 1 mattress cover, 1 pillow, and 1 pillow cover.
