Can I reuse piston rings?

My bike was burning some oil, so after the suggestion of an educated friend I took the engine apart all the way down to the block. The rings are withing the allowed tolerances, but I snapped the oil rings on 2 of the pistons while trying to remove them. Will it be ok to replace the rings on 2 pistons, but not the other 2??? Btw '74 honda cb350F 21,000 miles and it looks like its all original. Im mainly asking this question because each set is $40 x 4 cylinders= $160 buckaroos. I simply cant justify spending that money. PS. Dont badger me for not doing a compression test, I got impulsive and caught up with the whole thing....so just some info please.
btw, the cylinder walls are completely clean with no scratches. I assume that means the rings are perfectly round, right?

Unless you take apart the engine alot for "fun" i would always suggest fresh rings when putting a motor back together. The rings are a common source of failure and it just seems hard not to justify the cost while the engine is apart. That all being said there is no mechanical reason you can't mix and match old and new rings as long as they are within service limits.
