i think i have a concussion?
i play field hockey and i had a game today. well during it a girl on the other team ran into me. the goggles she was wearing hit me in the forehead really really hard and there metal but now im really dizzy and have a head ace and i feel really sick and i didnt before all that happened. so do i have a concussion? if i do what should i do?
Sounds like you might have a concussion, yeah! That's basically what happened to me on Tuesday during MY field hockey game and I do have a concussion...If I were you, I'd tell a parent or your coach or, if your school has one, an athletic trainer. Until then, you shouldn't take anything but Tylenol for the headache and you shouldn't do anything that makes your symptoms worse.
